  • Dreamskape is located on the first level overlooking the Melbourne Star at the top of the escalator from KFC

    PARKING – There is plenty of parking at Docklands “The District Docklands West carpark” on level 2 is the closest to Dreamskape. From there walk through the walkway to District Docklands and turn left. You can also park at ‘The District docklands East carpark, and walk across to Dreamscape.

  • Tram: Melbourne's extensive tram network connects Docklands with various routes like Route 70 (Waterfront City Docklands to Wattle Park) or Route 86 (Bundoora RMIT to Waterfront City Docklands).

    Train: Southern Cross Station, a major railway hub, serves Docklands. Take a train to Southern Cross, then walk or catch a tram to Docklands.

    Bus: Several bus routes link to Docklands; check local networks for options.

    Ferry: Ferries from Yarra River areas and Williamstown dock at the Docklands ferry terminal near Victoria Harbour.

    Bicycle: Melbourne's bike lanes and sharing schemes offer cycling options, especially for nearby locations.

    Walking: If you're in Melbourne CBD or nearby, consider a scenic walk along the Yarra River or through streets to Docklands.

    Car: Drive to Docklands via Footscray Road or Docklands Drive, accessible from the city or City Link (M2), connecting to Westgate Freeway (M1).

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe even you, Dreamskape is a unique attraction for children, teens and adults, allowing people of all ages to interact with our alternate reality, children must be supervised at all times.

    Children under 3 years old can play for free with an accompanying paying adult.

  • We would recommend to allow one and half hours if you are experiencing all our activities.

  • Unfortunately, our facility is not currently wheelchair or pram accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working towards improving our accessibility in the future. If you have specific needs or require assistance, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Our standard hours:

    Mon-Wed: 11am-7pm

    Thu-Fri: 11am-10pm

    Sat-Sun & Holidays: 10am-10pm

    Closed Christmas Day & Good Friday.

  • For gameplay, wear sports shoes; no high heels allowed. Dream Verse requires shoe covers provided by Dreamskape. Players must wear sports shoes and bring an extra clothing item for changing. Shorts or pants are recommended for harnessing.

  • No, we will be able to search your name or scan on our system upon arrival.

  • Sorry we do not provide public wifi.

  • Yes, our centre is fully air-conditioned in summer keeping you cool and heater to keep you cozy in winter.

  • We always recommend booking online to avoid sad faces. For weekend, public holiday and school holiday visits, bookings are essential to secure your session.

  • Yes, Dreamskape welcomes bookings for work parties, fundraisers, and celebrations from individuals, organizations, and community groups. For pricing and further information, please refer to our Private Hire page.

    Private function bookings grant exclusive access to our facility for a duration of 2 hours, with options available for longer events. Our dedicated team handles all aspects of party organization and cleaning, ensuring you can relax and enjoy the festivities with your guests.

    To reserve a private event, kindly visit our contact page and submit an enquiry. Please note that full payment s required to secure your preferred date and time.

    In the event that you need to cancel your private function, we offer flexibility. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the event date allow for rescheduling within 6 months or converting the paid amount into store credit. However, cancellations within 2 weeks of the party result in forfeiture of the payment.

    While we do not provide alcohol, we offer catering services to enhance your event experience. Please refer to our functions page or contact our office for catering options.

    Please note that outside catering is not permitted.

  • At Dreamskape, we require a minimum of 8 guests for birthday parties and full payment at the time of booking. Our party rooms are available for booking, with a strict 2 hour limit due to high demand. You're welcome to decorate with Blu Tac only, and lolly bags are available for $5 each. Bring your own birthday cake, but no sparklers are allowed. We provide catering services, and invitations can be obtained from the front desk or via email. Choose from our DreamUltimate or DreamCombo packages for your celebration needs.

  • Dreamskape eGift cards can be purchased online and sent direct to the lucky recipient or to your inbox for printing at home.

    Dreamskape Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be redeemed online and in store

    You are not required to use the full amount of your Dreamskape Gift Card in one visit. Any remaining balance will be returned to your card after each transaction.

  • We accept both card and cash payments. Please note that at the moment, we do not accept concession or carer cards. However, we do accept COMPANION cards if shown at reception.

    You can purchase tickets in advance through our website or buy them directly at our store.

    Please be aware of the following surcharges:

    * 2% Booking Fee through online website.

    * 2% surcharge applies for all card payments.

    * 10% surcharge applies on weekends.

    * 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

  • Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before making a booking with us.

  • If you need to change your booking, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. You can reach us by calling 0399692663 or by emailing us at admin@dreamskape.com.au. Please include your booking reference number and the details of the changes you wish to make.

  • Once we have processed your request, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your request, please contact us to ensure your request has been received and processed.

  • We do not charge a fee for changing your booking as long as the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
